Well, good morning, everyone. Welcome to Day 2 I suppose of the conference. It's my pleasure to have -- starting off the day, Larry Culp, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of GE. Larry will have a couple of prepared remarks, and then we'll go to questions.
Great, Julian. Good morning. Good morning, everyone. A little bit of back echo there. Appreciate you taking the time this morning to be with us. Good to be back in Miami as always. And I think they're catching us is probably the best possible time you're early in 2023, given that we are almost through our first quarter operating reviews. We were with the Renewables team, much of last week, the Aerospace team this week and early next week. So a lot going on in the company.
As many of you know, 4 weeks ago, we announced our fourth quarter and full year '22 earnings. We exited last year and came into '23, I think, with a lot of momentum. You saw mid-single
