Good afternoon. I'd like to thank this panel of U.S. power market experts for joining us today to examine the impacts of FERC Order No. 2222. My name is Michael Yuffee. I'm a partner with Baker Botts based in the D.C. office. And with us today are Abe Yokell, Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Congruent Ventures; Surya Panditi, the President and CEO of Enel X North America; Jeff Dennis, Managing Director and General Counsel to Advanced Energy Economy; and Mason Emnett, Senior Vice President, Regulatory Policy and Analysis with Exelon.
