Ladies and gentlemen, as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, I hereby call today's 30th Annual General Meeting to order. And I welcome you very warmly to the Annual General Meeting of the Vienna Insurance Group AG.
This year's Annual General Meeting will take place as usual in the Wiener Städtische. However, due to the COVID-19 crisis, we are again unfortunately able to welcome you here in person this year. Once again, the managing Board has decided to hold this year's AGM virtually in order to protect the shareholders and other participants. Therefore, in accordance with the COVID-19 Company Law Act and the COVID-19 Company Law Ordinance, today, we'll be holding a second virtual general meeting, which will be broadcast in its entirety on the internet.
