All right, everybody, if I can ask you to please take your seats. I think we're about ready. Pretty amazing, it's on time. Welcome, everybody. It's a great pleasure to have you here at our first Investor Day here at the New York Stock Exchange. Thank you for all the people here in the room who came in person. Thank you for all the people in their offices or at home, on video. I hope we're going to have a very, very informative day walking you through the different aspects of the business.
I'll walk you a little bit through the agenda, introduce some of the folks. But before we really get started, let me set the stage. We did not get everything right last year. 2022 was not the year that we had aspired to. We created too much noise and confusion.
And with that, we created concerns among our investors, and then make some of you certainly frustration. I just wanted to acknowledge that before we go any further than that, that we're well aware of that. And that is -- we did not achieve the standards that we set for ourselves.
