Thank you very much, Nadia. Morning, everybody, and welcome to our full year results. Clearly, we'd all like to be sitting and presenting these results in person, but we [also] have been unusual times these days. So here goes with our first Hays remote annual results presentation, where I think it's fair to say that virtually every single one of us on this call is in a separate location. We will, however, stick to our traditional format. I'll take you through the operating review before Paul then addresses our detailed financials as well as current trading, and then I'll finish off with an update on our strategy.
