Thank you, Tim, and good morning, everybody. My name is Ed Thorose. I am President of Honey Badger. It's a pleasure to share our story with you.
So what is Honey Badger? Honey Badger is a bit of a different company from most of the companies at this conference. We are a silver consolidation and roll-up company as opposed to a purer explorer developer. And our goal is to aggregate silver assets at various stages of advancement with the aim of giving our shareholders a maximum leverage to the silver price and to the geologic potential of the properties.
So you can think of us as a silver ETF. But unlike an ETF, we will be doing work on our assets to add value, daylight value, but in controlled and moderated amounts, with the aim ultimately to monetize those assets, sell them to other developers and producers and hopefully retaining streams or NSRs on those assets.
And we're essentially looking to aggregate three tiers or categories of assets. The first being district scale high-grade silver properties, of which we have a number.
