Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the 2020 Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders of Hudbay Minerals. My name is Stephen Lang, and I am the Chair of the Board of Directors of Hudbay. I would like to welcome all of the shareholders, employees and other stakeholders that are attending our first virtual annual shareholders meeting via live webcast.

Although we are disappointed that we can't see each of you today in person, our thoughts are with you, your families and your communities.
