Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to the Hong Kong and Shanghai Hotels 2023 annual results presentation. My name Aiden General Manager, Corporate Finance and Investor Relations. Our results has been posted on the stock exchange website earlier this afternoon, our presentation will begin by senior management team, followed by the Q&A session (Event instructions).
