Good morning. My name is Bill Gross, and I am the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Heliogen. I'm very happy to welcome you to the Heliogen 2022 Annual Stockholders Meeting.

The meeting will now officially come to order. The time is now 10:00 AM Pacific Time on July 19, 2022, and the polls are now open for voting on all matters to be presented. As you know, we are hosting today's meeting through a virtual online platform hosted by Broadridge.

Before we proceed with the formal business of the meeting, I'd like to introduce you to the members of the Board and the business team who are with us today. The other board members with us virtually today are Phyllis Newhouse, Robert Kavner, Julie Kane, David Crane, Stacey Abrams, and Suntharesan Padmanathan. The other officers of the Company with us today virtually are Christiana Obiaya, Debbie Chen, and Louis Baltimore.
