Thank you very much for the introduction, and thanks, everyone, for making the time to join us here today. As always, we'll try to give you a quick overview and then afterwards, be happy to take any questions that you may have. I think a couple of opening remarks. I believe that when we look at the highlights for the first half, I think it's definitely been a challenging market, but with -- especially in the first quarter, very weak demand, I think a bit recovering towards the end of Q2, but still challenging and rates, of course, quite a lot down.
