Thank you, Joe. I first want to thank Jessica Levental in the entire precious metals Summit team for another spectacular conference. I don't think anybody does it better than the precious metals team. I also want to tell you that our Vice President Exploration, Alex Davidson, is with us. He's recently joined us from Nevada Gold Mines and then formerly new Monty's worked on many of these large systems, both aboveground and underground.
