Good morning. Will the meeting please come to order. My name is Parker Meeks, and I am the Chief Executive Officer of Hyzon Motors Inc. Welcome to the 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Hyzon Motors Inc. This meeting is also being webcast live, and a recording of the webcast will be posted on our website after the meeting. The matters on which the stockholders at this meeting are voting as disclosed in the proxy for this meeting are to elect 3 directors: Viktor Meng, Andrea Farace, and Matthew Foulston as Class II directors who if elected shall be for a 3-year term and to ratify the appointment of KPMG LLP as the company's independent registered public accounting firm for the year ending December 31, 2023.
I'd like to begin the meeting by recognizing the current members of the company's Board of Directors who are joining this meeting.
