Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Insurance Australia Group Limited. My name is Elizabeth Bryan, and I'm the Chairman of your company. I'm looking forward to engaging with you during the course of today's AGM.
The group general counsel has informed me that a quorum is present. So I declare our 2021 AGM open. In February 2019, IAG was very proud to release its third reconciliation action plan. In keeping with the commitments we made in our reconciliation action plan, we are delighted to welcome Aunty Donna Ingram to join us again this year to officially welcome us to her land, Gadigal country. Aunty Donna was born and raised in Sydney on Gadigal land, and her Aboriginal family connections are the Wiradjuri people of Central West New South Wales.
Aunty Donna is a cultural representative for the local Aboriginal community in Sydney. She has worked in Aboriginal affairs, government and community organizations in Sydney for the past 35 years,
