Okay, everyone, why don't we go ahead and get started? Thanks for joining us for this Zoom call to discuss NantKwest announcement that shouldn't be out right now as they become part of Operation Warp Speed with its COVID vaccine and its new deal with ImmunityBio for a joint development, manufacturing and marketing agreement.
For those of you that don't know me, I'm Corey Davis. I'm one of the relationship managers here at LifeSci Advisors. And today, I'm very pleased to have Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong, the Chairman and CEO of both NantKwest and ImmunityBio. In a second, I'll turn it over to Patrick. Hopefully, he'll be ready in a second to walk through several slides to present some of the main points of what differentiates the science that they've got at NantKwest in their COVID program.
Then we'll use, after the slides, a more typical fireside chat program. I'll pose some questions to Patrick, mostly around what differentiates their vaccine program and also touch on a few other things going on with the company.
