As a quick overview of our company, we are now exclusively based in Ontario. With four sawmills located in the heart of the province with approximately 2.5 million cubic meters of annual allowable fiber allocation. We directly employ approximately 1,000 people.

Now for our first quarter highlights. Despite the currently low lumber price environment, we have several positive highlights to report on this quarter. First, on March 14, we sold both our Quebec sawmills in Bearn and La Sarre, along with related forestry operations for approximately $94 million, subject to final adjustments.
