Indigo Books and Music Inc Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning. I would like to welcome you to the first virtual annual meeting of Indigo Books & Music Inc. My name is Heather Reisman. I am the Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Indigo, and I will chair the meeting. Other Board members and management are also joining us virtually. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we decided to hold our annual meeting in a virtual format and are pleased that this virtual platform permits all our shareholders to participate regardless of physical location.
Only registered shareholders who held shares in their name as of June 29, 2020, the record date of this meeting, or their validly appointed proxy holders are entitled to vote and submit questions at this meeting. On behalf of the Board, I wish to express thanks to those shareholders who have submitted their proxies in advance.
