Okay. Hi, everybody. I'm Mike Baker, one of the consumer analysts from D.A. Davidson. And I'm pleased to be introducing the management team from PARTS iD; ticker is ID. We picked up ID about a year ago and see it as one of the most innovative and intriguing small-cap names in our space due to, what I think, is a very unique way that they go to market within the auto parts space.

The management team will discuss it in more detail, but it's an asset-light model that allows them to generate sales with very little capital investment. I think the best stat to illustrate that is that over the last 12 months, they generated nearly $450 million in sales but have averaged just $5 million in inventory on their books over that time, which I think is pretty amazing.
