To finish on a high note, I'm pleased to welcome IFF and CEO, Andreas Fibig, back to the conference. I also have the pleasure of introducing many of you to new CFO, Rustom Jilla, who joined the company just in January and who, I know, we are all looking forward to working with. I will let Andreas tell the full story, but I think it's safe to say that IFF has not been standing still. Already a leader in Taste and Scent categories half a decade ago, the company strengthened its standing into a top 2 position globally with its recent acquisition and integration of Frutarom. And it is today poised to broaden this portfolio even further with the pending addition of DuPont Nutrition & Biosciences.
