Hello. Thank you for taking time to attend our presentation here. You should all be seeing the first slide of our deck. We're going to be getting, possibly, an updated version uploaded here, but we could go from here. I'll start off a little bit of history about International Land Alliance.
It was formed in 2013, and took to the over-the-counter market. Taken public by Jason Sunstein and Roberto Valdes. I've been in touch with them for many years. My company was -- 25% of our company, Rancho Costa Verde, was recently acquired by International Land Alliance and we've been code developers in the Northern Baja California area.
