Thank you, operator, and welcome, everybody. I'm here with Hans Kooijmans, as always, and together we will answer your questions on our results over the first 6 months.

The strong demand, which we reported after Q1, continued in Q2 to such an extent that our EBITA grew with 46% over the full 6 months and even with 52% on a constant currency basis. Cash earnings per share increased at 44%. All regions contributed to this organic growth, and all acquired companies performed in accordance with expectations.

We remained active in executing our strategy by acquiring companies in various regions and market segments, and we strengthened our position in Mexico, Colombia, Central America and China.
