So ladies and gentlemen, welcome to this annual meeting of Innergex. I'm very happy to see you again. I've met with most of you entering through here. I'm Jean La Couture, representative of the Board, and I will be the chairman of the meet.

Please let me introduce you to people that are sitting with me upfront. Some of them you know -- you've known for a while, others not for so long. Our President -- our Chairman of the Board is our Chairman since 2007 and improved -- he improved so much over time. He's now great. Michel Letellier, our CEO. A new face, CFO, our CFO, Jean-François Neault, attending for the first time. Nathalie has asked me not to mention how long she's been with us. It's not in 10 years. Nathalie Théberge, she's Vice President for Legal Affairs and will act as a secretary for this meeting.
