Welcome, everyone. My name is Andrew Bowden, I'm the Chief Executive Officer of Item 9 Labs Corp. We are the first vertically integrated cannabis franchise. And today, I'm going to walk you through our unique position in the cannabis landscape.
To kick it off, here's a quick look at our forward-looking statements. And now, we're going to start with a video that shows what inspired me to enter into the cannabis industry.

In 2016, I was diagnosed with Stage 3 breast cancer. The type that I had was triple-negative, which is the fastest growing, angriest cancer that there is. And so, we knew we had a battle ahead of us.
And it was a pretty brutal treatment regimen that she went through, and cannabis was the key to getting through it. We learned about Item 9 Labs, and we know one of the founders; we know the quality of the product; we know where the products are grown. And so, we have great familiarity with it.
