(Operator Instructions) Right, ioneer Ltd next up on our program. They are the owner of the Rhyolite Ridge lithium-boron project, which is located in Nevada, USA. And that is the only known deposit of its kind, lithium-boron deposit in North America. And it's actually only one of two such deposits in the world.
So when you look at that, it's expected that it will globally become a very significant long-life source of lithium and boron. And in September 2021, about this time 12 months ago, they entered into a very nice, sort of, 50-50 joint venture to advance that project.
Then you got a nice little sound uptake agreement, tick that one, and the managed to keep control of the project as well. So it all sounds really exciting, lots of upside. Would you please welcome CFO, Ian Bucknell, to join us with all the details?
