Thank you, operator. Good morning, and welcome to our 2020 first quarter conference call. It is obviously not business as usual. What has happened since our last conference call on March 3, has been unlike anything any of us have ever experienced or even imagined. We see no need for me to read out the first quarter comparisons that were in the release we issued yesterday afternoon. I will devote my discussion to explanations of those results and to the balance sheet and cash flow items.
