Independence Group NL Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. On behalf of the Board of Directors, it is my pleasure to welcome you to the Annual General Meeting of Independence Group. We are delighted to have you here today. My name is Peter Bilbe, and I will be chairing this meeting.
On my left are the company's Secretary, Joanne McDonald; Peter Bradford, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer; and my fellow Non-Executive Directors: Debra Bakker, Kathleen Bozanic, Peter Buck, Geoff Clifford, Keith Spence and Neil Warburton. And I should mention that Geoff Clifford is not standing for reelection today. And therefore, he will be retiring as a Director with effect from the conclusion of this meeting. And I'll say a few words about Geoff a little bit later on. And of course, Kathleen was a newly appointed Director, joined us at the beginning of October. So Kathleen will be up for election today. So welcome, Kathleen.
