Hello, everyone, and welcome to Imperial Metals Corporation's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. My name is Pierre Lebel. I'm Chairman of Imperial and will chair today's meeting. This morning, we are pleased to host this meeting through a virtual meeting platform, accessible to all our shareholders, regardless of physical location to participate, submit questions and vote. Under this new format, the polls will close after the vote has been called for the last motion, so we encourage you to vote now if you have not already done so.
