Good morning, and welcome to the Annual Meeting for 2020 for Ingersoll Rand. I'm Pete Stavros, Chairman of the Board, and I will be chairing this meeting. We're holding our annual meeting this year as a virtual meeting. I'm joined by members of our Board and members of management, including Director and CEO, Vicente Reynal; CFO, Vik Kini; and General Counsel and Secretary, Andy Schiesl. Andy will act as Secretary of the meeting.

In addition, I'm pleased to welcome Andy Van Houtte from Deloitte & Touche, our external auditing firm, who is here to answer any appropriate questions. And finally, I'd like to welcome [Greg Malatia], our inspector of election.
