Thank you. Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. I'm Wendell Blonigan, President, Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of Intevac, Inc., and I will act as the Chairperson of this meeting. It is a pleasure to welcome you to Intevac's 2020 Virtual Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
All members of the Intevac Board are on this call as are representatives from BPM LLP, our independent registered public accounting firm. The virtual annual meeting is being held in accordance with the company's bylaws and Delaware law, and we will address only the matters described in the company's proxy statement dated April 6, 2020.
