So let's get started. I'm Nishu Sood, I'm the building analyst at Deutsche Bank, and it's my pleasure to introduce Gary Michel from JELD-WEN, CEO. Coming up, I think just about the 1-year anniversary of his announcement, so it's a real privilege to have him here. We'll certainly reflect on that in a minute.
