Good afternoon, everybody, and I hope you enjoyed your store tour this morning. Yes? You enjoyed that? And it gave us a chance to showcase some of the things we're going to go into a little bit more depth this afternoon and also to showcase some of our management team because -- although you see me reasonably frequently, we have strength and depth, and that gives us an opportunity for our team to talk to you about some of the work that they are doing and hopefully give you some insight into the subject with matter experts and their particular area, responsibility and expertise.
If you open the curtains, there's actually a cricket ground behind us, which is very slightly bizarre. And anyway, it's raining at the moment. And so what I'm going to do this afternoon is give you a quick overview of what we'll be talking about, starting with -- talk about the market and why we believe fundamentally that the earnings of this business are underpinned by the plans that we have; and secondly, that there are some significant opportunities in the future.
