Half Year 2022 Libstar Holdings Ltd Earnings Call Transcript
Good morning, everyone, and welcome to the interim results presentation of Libstar. We welcome our various stakeholders who are joining us via webcast today. Special welcome to our Board members, shareholders, the investment community, the media, the members of the Libstar family.
Before I start with the presentation, you would've seen yesterday that we announced my retirement as CEO from end of the year and the appointment of our current CFO, Charl de Villiers, as my replacement from January 2023. We also announced the appointment of Cornél Lodewyks, Managing Executive of Lancewood, as an Executive Director of Libstar. With more than 20 years of consumer packaged goods experience, Cornél's knowledge of the industry will further strengthen the Board.
