Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to Life Healthcare's interim results presentation for the six months ended 31 March. Before I dive into the detail, perhaps a very high-level overview of what our focus has been for the last six months and will continue to be going forward. Our business is clearly about driving volumes and operational excellence.
We acknowledge that we're in a very competitive market. We see the introduction of new competitors, if not on a monthly basis, extra beds being added into acute hospital care across the regions in which we operate. We have very little growth in insured lives as to be expected, and pressure on tariffs and underlying costs.
