Great. Thanks, Chris, and good morning, everyone. Following our announcement earlier this morning of our offer to acquire Just Eat, we wanted to hold a call with you to walk you through the rationale for the proposed transaction and answer any questions you might have, to the extent we can at this stage.
On the call with me, I have Bob van Dijk, CEO of Prosus; Basil Sgourdos, our CFO; and Larry Illg, the Prosus' CEO of Foods. Bob and Basil will make some brief remarks, and then we will open the lines for questions, where all 3 will be available.
