All right, are we ready? Good morning, everyone. And in behalf of our management team and the board, we welcome you to the 2018 financial results presentation. And special welcome to all our guests also who are following the presentation on the webcast and the conference call.
Our 2018 results saw the continued disciplined execution of our strategy. As you know, as a group, we continued to focus on and invest in client centricity, digitization and integration. We measure our strategic progress using 5 strategic value targets. And although our primary focus today will be on the financial outcome for the year 2018, we acknowledge that the true success is measured against all 5 value drivers.
Our 2018 results illustrated once again how tightly coupled the performance of a client franchise bank like ours is to the local economies in which we operate.
