Full Year 2022 Sirius Real Estate Ltd Earnings Call Transcript
Good morning, everyone, and welcome to today's presentation of Sirius Real Estate's end of year results for the period ended March 2022. My name is Andrew Coombs. I'm the Chief Executive Officer for the Sirius Group, and I'm joined this morning by Diarmuid Kelly who is Chief Financial Officer for the Sirius Group. Together, we will take you through this morning's presentation. If I could start by asking you to turn to Page 3 and remind you that Sirius now operates in both the German and U.K. markets. We are an on-balance sheet, best-in-class owner and operator of mixed-use light industrial business parks on the edge of key towns in Germany and the U.K.
The group currently operates nearly EUR 2.5 billion of property, EUR 2.1 billion, of which is wholly owned by the group. And as you can see from Page 4, Germany is experiencing high levels of employment, higher than those of 2019 prior to the crisis. The German SME sector remains strong.
