Thank you very much indeed. Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. I welcome you to the first digital and the 83rd Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of The Foschini Group Limited. In terms of Section 22.27 of the Memorandum of Incorporation, which I'll talk -- refer to as MOI going forward, I'm chairing the meeting in my capacity as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Directors.
