I would now like to introduce Don Charron, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Charron, the floor is yours.
Thank you. Good morning, everyone. I'm absolutely delighted to welcome you to our Kimball Electronics 2020 Annual Shareowners' Meeting. Thank you for joining us today at our first virtual annual meeting. While we always look forward to greeting our shareowners in person, safety is our #1 priority. And the status of the COVID-19 pandemic made going virtual, the right thing to do. We do hope that there will be a silver lining in that a virtual meeting will allow us to be more inclusive and reach a greater number of shareowners today.
