Great. Thanks, everyone, for joining us today. Next up on the medtech slate, we have OrthoPediatrics. We have Dave Bailey, who is the new CEO; and Fred Hite, who is CFO. We may get Mark later, but let's jump in right now. So Dave, obviously, you have been with the Company a long time but very recently transitioned to CEO. I'd love to just get your thoughts on -- I don't think there is any big strategic changes in the offering here, but sort of where the Company is today and what you could do as the leader moving forward over the next three to five years.

I've been with the Company for almost 15 years, and had the opportunity, really, to work with Mark as my mentor for the last 10 and Fred as a mentor of mine for the last 6. And together, Mark and Fred and I have worked with the executive team to execute a strategy that has been producing really great outcomes
