Okay. If we could, let's get started right on time. Good to see all of you who are here in person, and welcome to everybody who's on the webcast. I hope today we'll return. So that this time next year, we will have a room full of people without having to sit 2 yards apart and all that, but that's something beyond our control. But anyway, welcome. We've got a full program for you this morning. And I hope, as usual, you will appreciate and understand the transparency that the team is going to show you today, looking at '22 and beyond.
