Thanks for joining us today. I'm Jean Ann Salisbury. I cover natural gas and midstream at Bernstein. I am joined by Kim Dang, the incoming CEO of Kinder Morgan. Kim is going to make some opening remarks, and then we will go into Q&A. I have some questions that I'm excited to ask him. We are a U.S. infrastructure company. We own pipelines and terminals primarily. We typically don't own the commodity. We provide logistics services on a fee-for-service basis. And right now, about 61% of our cash flow of our EBITDA comes from take-or-pay contracts, meaning that
