Good afternoon, everyone, and thanks for joining us today. I appreciate you taking the time to join us for this shareholder update call. The purpose of which is to provide an update on our recently announced acquisition of Global HVAC & Automation as well as an update on BioCloud and our progress with our overall operations.
We'll begin with Global, our recently announced acquisition and a company that we are thrilled to bring into our operations. To provide some historical context, we started conversations with Global approximately 14 months ago. Global was introduced to us by the same M&A group that brought us the very successful NFA HVAC service acquisition, which we closed last year.
