Know Labs Inc Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Ladies and gentlemen, I'd like to welcome each of you to the 2021 Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Know labs Incorporated and call this meeting to order. My name is Ron Erickson, and I'm Chairman of the Board of Directors and Interim Chief Financial Officer. I will act as Chairman of the meeting, and Mark Scott, our financial consultant for the company will act as Inspector of this meeting.
Before we begin the business of the meeting, I'd like to introduce some of the key members of our team. First, Phil Bosua, who serves as Chief Executive Officer and the Director of the company, Mark Scott, who serves as the company's financial consultant.
I'd also like to introduce our other Board members. We have with us John Pepper. Mr. Pepper has served as an independent director of the company since 2006. Bill Owens, Mr. Owens has served as an independent director since 2016, and joining us virtually from Japan, Ichiro Takesako, Mr. Takesako has served as an independent director since 2012.
