Our first order of the business, I appoint Lee Cassiere, Vice President of Internal Audit, as inspector of elections. Lee, do you have a report?
On May 1, 2019, the record date of this meeting, there were 806,682,213 common shares par value of $1 per share issued and outstanding. Each share is entitled to 1 vote on each matter submitted to the shareholders for vote at this meeting. 725,113,714 common shares were represented by proxy and in person at 11:00 a.m. on June 27, 2019. A quorum exists.
