Thank you and good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the 2023 Annual General Meeting for Karoon Energy Ltd. My name is Bruce Phillips, and I'm your Chairman today.

As you are aware, the meeting today will be held as a hybrid meeting. This allows shareholders, proxies, and guests to attend the meeting virtually. All attendees can also watch a live webcast of the meeting. In addition, shareholders and proxies have the ability to ask questions and submit those.
