Hello, and welcome to the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Kaspien Holdings, Inc. Please note that today's meeting is being recorded.
It is now my pleasure to turn today's meeting over to Kunal Chopra. Mr. Chopra, the floor is yours.
Good morning. I'm Kunal Chopra, Chief Executive Officer of Kaspien Holdings. On behalf of our company, I want to welcome you to our 2021 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Due to the ongoing pandemic, we are holding this meeting virtually in order to provide for the safety of the attendees and to comply with evolving government regulations regarding assembly.
I now formally call the meeting to order. I'll now begin by introducing the directors of the company in attendance today: Jonathan Marcus; Michael Reickert; and Tom Simpson. I would also like to introduce Edwin Sapienza, the company's Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary, who will serve as Secretary of the meeting.
