Good morning, ladies, and gentlemen. My name is John Friend, and as the Interim Chairman of the Board of Kazia Therapeutics Limited, I would like to welcome you to today's meeting as the time is now 10 AM in Sydney. and a quorum is present.
I formally declare open the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Kazia Therapeutics Limited as set out in the Notice of Meeting. The 2023 Annual General Meeting is being held as a fully virtual meeting. We are joined online by my fellow Directors, Bryce Carmine, Steven Coffey, Ebru Davidson.
I'd also like to welcome Kelly Horsman and Gareth Few, our auditors from BDO. They will be available later in the meeting to answer any questions you may have about the conduct of the audit from management. I would also like to welcome Gabrielle Heaton, Vice President Finance; and Karen Krumeich, our Chief Financial Officer.
