Thanks, everyone, and good morning. Welcome to the Annual Stockholders Meeting of Gladstone Land Corporation for the year ended December 31, 2019. I'm Michael LiCalsi, General Counsel and Secretary of the company.
With me, I have 2 of the company's officers; Lewis Parrish, our CFO; and Erich Hellmold, our Assistant General Counsel, who will also act as the secretary of this meeting.
