So welcome to our next session. We are very pleased to have Lear Corporation, I think, the first time at a [Citi Symposium]. So very happy to have you for a fireside chat session and all things technology and E-Systems and seats. So we'll keep it fairly informal, and then if you have questions, of course, feel free to raise your hand.
We're very pleased to have, to my left, from Lear, John Absmeier, the company's CTO. John joined about a year ago. We met for the first time at last year's Investor Day in June. So I'm really excited to be sitting down and catching up with John and talking through a number of topics. So we'll kick it off.
