All right. For those a little less familiar with the Lincoln story, perhaps give a brief history of the company and overview of your current structure.
Okay. So it might be best to flip to Slide 3 in our deck and talk a little bit about the company. So we're a very old company. We've been around for 125 years in the welding and cutting industry.
This slide depicts our broad product portfolio. So we -- what we believe is fairly unique about Lincoln is that we're a very broad-based manufacturer of welding and cutting products. And the primary products that you would think about when dealing in the welding industry would be the filler metals or the consumables as we call them and the equipment.
