All right. So we're going to continue the day with a presentation by Lennox. Same situation here, fireside chat. We have Alok Maskara, CEO. He's been with the company since May, prior to which he served as CEO of Luxfer Holdings, and before that, nearly a decade as President of several different business units at Pentair. So I think Alok has a few opening comments that he'd like to make, and then we'll get the fireside chat started.
